📢 Office document to PDF requires local software: Document formatting is complex, browsers cannot perfectly reproduce it. Methods below are sorted by recommendation, files stay on your computer.
Method 1 · Export directly with Office / WPS (easiest)

Method 2 · Free LibreOffice batch command line (for many files)
| Windows | winget install TheDocumentFoundation.LibreOffice |
| macOS | brew install --cask libreoffice or download from official site |
| Linux | sudo apt install libreoffice |
Execution: Navigate to the folder containing the file, open terminal and paste command. On Windows, soffice is located at C:\Program Files\LibreOffice\program\. If command not found, switch to that directory or add to PATH.
Method 3 · macOS / Windows Print to PDF (universal fallback)
Any software that can open the file: Ctrl+P / Cmd+P → Printer select 'Save as PDF / Microsoft Print to PDF'
